Punch Lines – Throw Size
I decided to offer this easy and free quilt pattern in two different size options: baby and throw size.
For the throw size, I used some gorgeous Art Gallery Fabrics PURE solids in the colors Mediterraneo, Northern Waters, Lemon Tart, and Ocean Fog. The background fabric was either a Moda or Kona solid that I had on hand.

This quilt comes together so incredibly quickly! I had a throw size top whipped up in just one afternoon.

My friend, Haley of Mistletoe Quilting Co, did an AMAZING job with this throw size Punch Lines. I love the pantograph we decided on. The rope effect is a great pairing with the linear lines of the pattern.

Here are some close up shots; this quilting is divine! I chose an Art Gallery Fabrics PURE solid in the color “Terracotta Tile” as the backing. The pop of color is my favorite!

Punch Lines – Baby Size
Earlier I mentioned that Punch Lines also includes instructions for a baby sized quilt. For the baby size version, I also went with Art Gallery PURE solids for the stripes. Some vanilla peppered cotton was used as the background.
The colors below are Forest Night, Eucalyptus, Fresh Sage, and Sweet Macadamia. The background is a peppered cotton in the color Vanilla.

There is nothing better than a hand quilted baby quilt, am I right? The texture just can’t be beat. As mentioned above, I chose a peppered cotton for the background because peppered cottons are SO incredibly soft and snuggly.
For the batting, I chose Warm and Plush, which is 100% cotton (easy to quilt through), but it has a higher loft, which I love.

Check out that finished quilt! This quilt pattern is my new go-to for baby gifts. (It’s free and easy AND fast!)

And that’s a wrap! I hope you love Punch Lines! If you make it, make sure to tag it on social media using the hashtags #punchlinesquilt and #wrencollectivepatterns

See you next time!
